Frequently Asked Questions
When does the conference start and finish?
The conference will be "live" March 7-9th, 2019! It has three components: one is a live group in Facebook with giveaways and door prizes during the event. You will get a link to join the group on the first day of the conference.
The second part is the "Vendor Hall." This will be a live group in Facebook where you can find products for sale that will help you teach STEM subjects. You will get a link to join this group on the first day of the conference also.
The third, of course, is all the fabulous speakers! You can watch them at your pace!! Each day of the conference a new set will be available, and you will have LIFETIME ACCESS to them! Come back and watch them any time you want, even after the conference is "over!"
How long do I have access to the conference?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to the speakers for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own! Watch them during the conference, or as many times after as you like! The Facebook groups will only be live during the conference, March 7th-9th, 2019.
What is the "swag bag?"
One incredibly fun part of the conference! On the first day of the conference you can download the digital "swag bag!" This is a PDF with coupons to get FREE and DISCOUNTED products to help you teach STEM subjects! Some of the products that you can get access to are ebooks, printable packets, and even courses! The savings in this "goodie bag" are WORTH OVER $100!!
That is MORE THAN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE!!! In fact there are quite a few products that we have arranged for you to get for free that each are selling normally for more than $20! We hope you LOVE the "swag!"
Are there scholarships available?
We have priced this conference as absolutely low as possible in order to allow everybody to attend! The classes, camaraderie, swag, and giveaways are so wonderful that every homeschooler will want to be a part of this epic event! If, however, the low registration fee creates a financial hardship for your family, please email Carla at PreschoolPackets@gmail.com with the subject line "2019 STEM Conference Scholarship." In the email, please describe your financial need and Carla will get back to you as soon as possible. Please know that scholarship funds are limited and applying does not guarantee a scholarship.
How do I get started?
You register now! On March 7th you will receive an email with instructions to get on the Teachable platform for all the conference fun! If you miss the email, come back on March 7th and you will find the conference live and ready for you!
